Royal Tree Project
At present SEEDS is engaged in a Royal Tree Plantation Project in the Hmong Villages of Pong Nok East and Pong Nok West, Chiang Rai Province. The project is to promote the "Long LIfe" for His Excellency the King Bhumibol Adulyadej of Thailand and His Royal Family. The Hmong International Royal Nature Center is to dedicate to the Royal Family, Thai People and Thai Government for their humanitarian support of the Hmong and other refugees from Laos and Indochina after the Fall of Vietnam. It is also to wish well for the Royal Family. SEEDS Foundation is accepting donations toward the cost of construction of the Hmong International Royal Nature Center.
The Hmong International Royal Nature Center will eventually become a tourist site in Chiang Rai, providing economic opportunities for local merchants and residents. The Center will further spur and enhance economic support for the various industries in the region. It is a royal effort and economic hopeful strategy of the Royal Family of Thailand.
Individuals may donate $200 and business or organization may contribute $750 to the project. Each will be recognized permanently at the Center on separate recognition boards. During the opening ceremony, all donors will be recognized before an audience of distinguished dignitaries from the Thai Government, Royal Family and other countries in participation.
